Our Publication Process

Get the Ball Rolling

Request a Quote

Our goal is to deliver high-quality service at an affordable price per edition, and we want to better understand your specific needs before we provide you with a quote. Factors that influence pricing include the format (print and/or digital), estimated number of pages per typical edition, and whether you plan to have advertisers.

Simple Agreement

If our quote looks good to you, the next step is to enter into a short several-paragraph agreement that is written in plain language (no legalese) to ensure we are all on the same page. Importantly, your ongoing satisfaction is key, and the agreement gives you the right to cancel our services at any time.

Publication Template

A dedicated designer will be assigned to your account once you become a client of Foley Publications. You and your designer will work together to craft a template based on your vision for the publication. If you don’t have a particular vision, no worries – we’ve been doing this for decades and have plenty of ideas.

Publication Schedule

You and your dedicated designer will set a production schedule, based on the frequency of your publication and format. Some clients like specific dates and deadlines, so if this is also your preference, then your dedicated designer will create a production calendar. Others prefer a more flexible approach, so if this is the approach you would like to take, then your dedicated designer will give you turnaround times based on when you kick off each edition.

Once the Ball Is Rolling

  • Your Content
  • Our Design Expertise
  • Your Publication in Our Mobile-Friendly Format

For each edition, you will supply the raw content in the form of text articles, data, etc. We’ll then add our design flare and convert it into your preferred format (print and/or digital). There are usually two to three volleys of review and feedback between you and your dedicated designer to get things just right. Your publication only goes out once the thumbs are up and you’re thrilled with the finished product.
